At Medupi Drilling Company, we believe in encouraging the youth and women into mining, a sector that is usually dominated by the older generation and men. We empower women and youth into mining, by bringing them on board and having them sit in decision-making positions within the company. We are proud to announce that majority of our company is the youth and a good number of them are women.
